What you will do
Connect real customer problems to shared product structure and own the outcome.
Search OS is an agentic AI company that understands enterprise data and business context and connects complex decisions to execution. As CEO Staff, you work with the CEO to interpret customer and market changes and define priorities across Korea and Japan. You turn research into clear ownership, timelines, and success criteria, then carry the work through execution and review.
Business priorities
Use customer, market, and business data to clarify decisions and the sequence of execution.
Cross-team execution
Drive work across product, sales, and operations and resolve obstacles.
Korea and Japan
Research customer needs and opportunities in each market and build a plan to validate them.
Responsibilities
Strategy and decisions
- Synthesize customer, market, competitor, and business data into priorities and options.
- Work with the CEO to set goals and turn decisions into execution plans.
Critical project execution
- Manage owners, milestones, and success criteria across product, sales, and operations.
- Turn customer meetings and internal decisions into follow-through and verified results.
Opportunities and operations
- Research customer segments and partner opportunities in Korea and Japan and run initial validation.
- Improve recurring work with clear processes and AI tools.

Helpful experience
